One-click Address Book is a quick and easy way to add people to your address book. Add people by simply clicking on the star icon in the message you receive. Two clicks and you can add more details like a photo, birthday, and other contact information.

Pegasus Mail

Pegasus Mail is an e-mail client that allows mail to be sent, read, filed, printed and otherwise manipulated through a graphical interface. Pegasus Mail can run on single Windows computers, or local area networks - it has special support for Novell NetWare LANs that allow it to operate intuitively and with almost no maintenance.

The program also supports multiple users on a single computer. Pegasus Mail can act as a complete internal mail system on its own without needing further servers or components: it can send and receive Internet mail on its own using standard protocols (SMTP, IMAP and POP3).

hMailServer
A free, open source mail server for Windows

hMailServer is a free e-mail server for Microsoft Windows. It's used by Internet service providers, companies, governments, schools and enthusiasts in all parts of the world.

It supports the common e-mail protocols (IMAP, SMTP and POP3) and can easily be integrated with many existing web mail systems. It has flexible score-based spam protection and can attach to your virus scanner to scan all incoming and outgoing email.

Integrating hMailServer
hMailServer comes with an easy-to-use and broad API which can be used for integration with other software in your environment. As an example, many Internet service providers connect hMailServer to their existing administration system to reduce manual work involved with managing user accounts. hMailServer also has a built-in Active Directory integration.

Data store
For optimal performance, hMailServer uses a database server for data storage - MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL, depending on your choice. A minimal, low overhead edition of MySQL is embedded within hMailServer, so if you don't already have a database server in your network, this is automatically taken care of for you.

Thinc-Mail is Thinc Technology's new email client a direct replacement to current email clients on the market today with a look and feel similar to Microsoft’s Outlook or Outlook Express.

yMail

yMail is a standalone email client which can also be used as a spam cleaner for your existing email setup.

For security reasons, yMail doesn't open or display attachments automatically. It warns you if you try and open attachments, and refuses point-blank to run executable files. It won't render HTML emails, so it's proof against spam which runs off and loads web bugs when you preview it (That's one trick they use to confirm your email address is valid)
