While having your document at the screen, all you need to do is to execute the normal steps for printing your document and when the printing box appears you select the desired fax device within the printing device dialog box and of it goes to its destination.

Paperless Office

This paperless office software is ideal for a small business. It uses a method mimicing the classic file cabinet, and the sectioned file folder, to store documents.
It is suitable for a doctor, lawyer, or small business, and can store 10 million file folders and 1 billion documents or pages.
The software takes files/documents, input with a scanner or created with a program like Word or Excel, and organizes them in an Access database, made to look like the classic filing system, with file folder names and folder sections.
The goal was to create a very fast and efficient way to organize, look up, view, and print documents.
Users and user passwords can be created and every entry is automatically labelled with the user who entered it.
Although I have not undertaken a legal investigation, this system can be a legitimate method of maintaining records if employed with the proper safeguards to document tampering and privacy. Files can be made unalterable and confidentiality can be maintained.

Merge multi-page fax files into single multi-page fxm file

WinFax Merger is a FREE WinFax multiple-page fax files merger which enables you to merge your separate multiple-page WinFax fxd fxr fxs fax files into single multiple-page fxm fax files in batches automatically.

For example: you have 3-page winfax fax named aaa001.fxr, aaa002.fxr, aaa003.fxr, you can merge them into one aaafax.fxm file that includes all 3 fax pages, with WinFax Merger.

WinFax Merger is useful for WinFax users. When you convert your winfax to tiff (or pdf) files by format conversion tools, you may find that your multiple-page fax are in separate multiple tiff (or pdf) files, not all pages in one tiff (or pdf) file.

If you don´t want your converted multiple-page files in separate multiple files, you can do it easily: first merge your WinFax fax files with WinFax Merger, then convert your merged fax files with your format conversion tools. Both GUI and command line mode are supported

FAXMAIL
