IRC chat client

XChat is an IRC chat program for both Linux and Windows. It allows you to join multiple IRC channels (chat rooms) at the same time, talk publicly, private one-on-one conversations etc. Even file transfers are possible.

XChat is a full-featured IRC client and includes all basic functionalities that are found in most other IRC clients, including CTCP, DCC file transfers and chats.

It supports a plugin system for various languages (including C, C++, Perl, Python, Tcl, Ruby, Lua, CLISP, D, and DMDScript). By writing plugins, the features and functionality of XChat can be extended and customized.

GuildFTPD is an FTP server with special support for IRC. It features AutoBan for hammering, a Port Hopper that randomly changes your port, Auto Password hopper that randomly changes your password. and several Mirc Options like Runs your timer for you (updates port, password info on your time, starts it etc.).

Report Window in mirc for all ftp activity.
You can issue most FTP commands from IRC and auto-Ban users for not being in a Mirc channel (optional) as well as several other features.

IRC server for windows. It can be used with any existing IRC client and is easy to set up (runs "out of box"). It claims to be faster than any other windows irc server.

The code is designed and tested for an extreme number of network users and channels. The server is light weight and uses very little ram and cpu resources.

It offers many configuration options including custom server reply/error messages, server relaying (ofcoarse) as well as a variety of security features like nick banning, CTCP flood protection, anti-spoof ping and many more. beware ircd is fully compatibile with RFC1459 and supports all or nearly commands. The program runs entirely from the command line and is configured via config files. No interface.
