RegScanner
Scan and find values in the Registry

RegScanner is a small utility that allows you to scan the Registry, find the desired Registry values that match to the specified search criteria, and display them in one list. After finding the Registry values, you can easily jump to the right value in RegEdit, simply by double-clicking the desired Registry item.

Features:
RegScanner utility display the entire search result at once, so you don't have to press F3 in order to find the next value.
In addition to the standard string search (Like in RegEdit), RegScanner can also find Registry values by data length, value type (REG_SZ, REG_DWORD, and so on), and by modified date of the key.
RegScanner can find a unicode string located inside a binary value.
RegScanner allows you to make a case sensitive search.

Registry Tweaker

Registry Tweaker is a powerful and fully automated application for tweaking your Windows Registry. This tweaker is different from other tweakers, becouse you actually see which keys are modified, you can even add your own tweaks in database.

The program is very customizable, you can add, edit tweak database, create profiles and export them to *.reg files. Everything is done just with a few clicks. Registry Tweaker supports basic types: REG_DWORD, REG_SZ, REG_MULTI_SZ, REG_EXP_SZ, REG_BINARY

ERUNT

ERUNT (Emergency Recovery Utility NT) allows you to keep a complete backup of your registry and restore it when needed. The standard registry backup options that come with Windows back up most of the registry but not all of it.

ERUNT however creates a complete backup set, including the Security hive and user related sections.

ERUNT is easy to use and since it creates a full backup, there are no options or choices other than to select the location of the backup files. The backup set includes a small executable that will launch the registry restore if needed.

Note:
ERUNT is compatible with Windows 7, but as in Vista, it will only work correctly if you turn off User Account Control in Windows' Control Panel (move the slider to the lowest position).
